Smart Retail Presence – GRAFT Brandlab × smart

As part of the GRAFT Brandlab team, I contributed to the concept and design of the next-generation retail system for smart, developed in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz and Geely. The project envisioned a modular, sustainable, and digitally integrated retail ecosystem adaptable to over 300 points of sale across Europe.

The design translated smart’s pioneering identity into an immersive, flexible spatial experience, merging physical and digital touchpoints. With a focus on circular material use, adaptability, and user-centered interaction, the concept redefined how the brand connects with customers in an evolving urban and mobility landscape
